Emily Buckley is an aspiring author and illustrator specializing in children's literature. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2022 with a degree in Communication & Media,

as well as minors in Writing and Art & Design.

Emily has been writing and illustrating her own stories for as long as she can remember, and her love for storytelling has only grown through her studies and experiences working with kids. Emily believes the future of children's literature is one that is inclusive, diverse, and can tackle "big" and "small" topics alike.

 

In her free time, Emily likes to talk about all things pop culture, hang out with friends and family, and continue her search for the perfect hot chocolate.
